Lesa brought with her a variety of office management skills and experiences when she joined Molen & Associates eight years ago. Raised in Oklahoma, she learned the value of hard work early in her life. Her first job at the age of 12 was in an ice cream store. She grew up watching her father build his own business.
Prior to moving to Texas, Lesa worked at the Oklahoma State Regents of Higher Education for eight years. She was hired as a clerk, but steadily advanced to higher positions, through her hard work and diligence. As a training coordinator, she wrote, published and taught her own curriculum. After her move to Texas, she managed a funeral home and cemetery offices, and document storage offices. Lesa has been instrumental in perfecting our "behind the scenes" processes as manager of operations for Molen & Associates. A self-proclaimed "technology freak", she has guided our business into staying current with the latest advances for our industry. She is a proficient teacher with an extra measure of patience and has used her talents to facilitate our professionals and our staff working together as a team. She is passionately committed to a system that establishes extraordinary customer service. In her free time Lesa might be found in some vastly differing places--at her sewing machine, making one of her famous quilts, at the gun range, practicing her shooting skills, or even organizing disaster relief work with her ham radio skills! Wherever she is found, you can be assured you will encounter that same friendly demeanor that Molen & Associates' clients have come to depend on.
