Jacob began his career with Molen & Associates as a teenager assembling finished tax returns in the Molen's home. Their daughter, LeeAnna, was answering phones--love bloomed! In 2002 he and LeeAnna married and Jacob joined Molen & Associates permanently. His natural talents were utilized as he initially worked in and learned all facets of the tax business.
In 2003 a decision was made to establish and develop a financial planning services area for Molen & Associates and Jacob was asked to assist. His strong work ethic and quick mind focused his efforts and he became a Licensed Financial Advisor, licensed to do business in Texas.
Jacob is a trusted resource for all our tax professionals, assisting them with options for their clients' various financial needs. His position also gives him opportunities to meet with clients, both individual and business, listen to their needs, and to develop solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. The comment we hear most frequently from our clients is indicative of his personality; "Jacob is so nice and he explained it in a way I understood".
Jacob is an accomplished pianist and enjoys most sports, but spends much of his free time with his wife, LeeAnna, and their four young sons. In addition to wrestling with his sons, he has been known to tell them stories to influence their career path. Guess where he expects them to work in the future!
