Gabby left the snowy weather of Chicago, Illinois behind in the winter of 2009 and moved to Houston and our pleasant winters. Having been born and raised in Chicago, she confesses that the summers in Houston are long and hot, but “I still love it here”! She joined Molen and Associates shortly after her move to the area and brought with her a strong background in customer service within the financial services industry. Her experience in the banking industry includes being a branch manager with a high focus on customer service. She is the front office “brains and scheduler” for both staff and clients and we have come to rely on her sunny disposition and “I’ll get an answer for you” attitude at the front window. Gabby is fluent in Spanish and the mother of an eight year old son who she describes as “the most important thing in my life”! |
